What kind of motorcycle should i buy?

ok so here is some info on me and the kind of bikes i like.

ive never owned a bike before so im a COMPLETE begginer.

also i like "naked" bikes (i think that the correct terminology). and i also like the oldschool caferacers but i dont know a thing about bike mechanics so i cant really buy a project bike. so if there is a new model that has a look of a cafe racer then that would be perfect. THANKS EVERYONE AND ANY BIKE ADVICE IN GENERAL IS APPRECIATED

I'll have to agree with 007 on the Royal Enfield or the Triumph Scrambler/Bonneville.

Royal Enfield has some really nice choices of essentially the same bike. It gets great gas mileage and is a 500cc bike, so it will be great for a beginner. And they're cheap!

That is if you want the Cafe Racers. I wish I had a Royal Enfield my self.

If you just want a naked bike, well, just about any 'Standard' and some sport models under 800cc and 500cc and up will be a good start for you. Such as a Suzuki SV650, Kawasaki Versys, Yamaha FZ6, etc.
